Introductory post

Welcome all to my blog.

I'm Amukunau from Beast's Lair.

I'm currently working on translating Fate/Hollow Ataraxia into English. I have previously worked on translating the main story of Kagetsu Tohya.

I created this blog to use it as a sort of motivation for finishing the translation sooner so that people can enjoy it.

I'll try updating the blog at least once a week with progress on the translation.

  1. Sooo... What's the current progress?

  2. I'm glad to hear that you're creating a blog for this, I'm sure a lot of people get antsy when you don't post for a month or two. Still, work at your own pace, it's not like you get paid, and it'd suck to get burned out and either quit or keep working like a robot due to some perverse sense of guilt like 'I said I'd do it'.

  3. Great!!!

it's been sometime I lurk in the Beast's Lair topic of this translation, and I'm really glad that you created this blog and plans on updating it weekly ^^

anyway, thanks a lot for translating this game (and Kagetsu Tohya too) for all of us who (still) haven't learned japanese.

I'll be sure to check this blog often ^^
    good luck ;D

  4. Awesome. It's encouraging to know that this has actually been getting worked on all this time. I'm certainly looking forward to the product of you outstanding efforts.

  5. I found this while searchin' on the net maybe it can be of help to you...

  6. Yay! Finally a solid place to find the translation info! Thank you!

  7. Thank you amukunau, Everyone really appreciates the effort your putting in for this translation.

  8. thank you again for putting your time and effort to help non-Japanese speakers enjoy this great story/game. It will not go unnoticed. I am monitering this blog regularly and wishing you all the best!

  9. hey~thx for putting so much effort for us non-jap-people =D
    we appreciate this so much!
hmm... just curious, how much translation work left?? it seems pretty tough, it would take a long time huh... anyways gambateh neh!! work at your own pace =) no need to rush rush rush~
